Grayfilm in May May in New York City. It really doesn't get any better. From the dreaded rain-filled weekends to skipping over puddles at 7am on your way to work it comes as no surprise that May is our best month of the year. Sakura Matsuri, New York City's "Rite of Spring," marks its 27th year with over 60 events and performances celebrating Japanese culture and the blossoming of Brooklyn Botanic Garden's 220 cherry trees. The event is free with adminssion and is held on May 3rd and 4th 10:00am to 6pm. Rain or shine. That's absolutely right. Rain or shine. Got to love New York!
